Campground with Cabins Rules and
Policies
RESERVATION POLICY:
∙
Tent, Cabins ,and
RV's spaces that have been reserved, are
considered confirmed only when card
information has been received.
∙ Rates do not include tax. Tax will be
added at time of payment.
∙ Credit card number or a check
is required to hold reservations. No
charges will be made to your credit card
until check-in.
∙ Please, all buildings are NON SMOKING.
∙ Pets are welcome, but must remain on a
leash at all times per county
ordinances. Pets are welcome in
cabins, with
a $50 pet deposit. Please be courteous and clean after them to help
keep costs low. The deposit returned if
the
cabin is left in good order and does not have to be cleaned.
∙
Our
facilities are seasonal.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
∙ Reservations
cancelled 30 days prior to reservation -
no charge.
∙ If a reservation is cancelled at least
7 days prior to reservation date, 1
night deposit will be charged and 100%
applied toward future visit.
∙ If reservation cancelled 3-7 days
prior to reservation date, 1 night
deposit will be charged and 50% applied
toward future visit. Deposit is equal to one days rental.
∙ If reservation cancelled less than
three days prior to reservation date,
deposit will be forfeited. Deposit is
equal to
one days rental.
∙ If we can book your room for the day
that you had reserved, we will not
charge a cancellation fee at all.
∙
If you do
not show up or do not call and cancel
your reservation, you will be charged
for the entire reservation.
OTHER
DETAILS:
∙
Cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard
are accepted for reservations. If
you pay Cash, we offer a discount of 2%.
∙
Rates and policies subject to change,
but you will be notified.
∙
All group events must be scheduled
through the campsite's management.
∙
Sorry, no pets allowed in cabins without
a pet deposit of $50, which is returned
upon inspection of rental.
∙
Please keep your pets on a leash, do not
leave your pets unattended and please
pick up after them!

FACILITIES.

acts by guests and acts of God.
